You don’t have to be in crisis.

01

Therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and connected to your therapist. That’s why we’re intentional about matching you with someone who fits your needs and preferences.

The Right Fit Matters.

02

Maybe you know exactly what you want help with. Maybe you just know something feels off. Either way, we can start there.

You don’t have to name it perfectly.

What Therapy Can Make Possible

How You'll Benefit

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Is counseling right for me?

Counseling can help if you’re navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship struggles, parenting stress, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from support.

What can I expect during my first visit?

Before your first session, you'll receive a link to our secure portal with brief paperwork. Your first session covers informed consent, confidentiality, and your hopes and goals for the process. We'll ask questions, listen well, and make sure you feel confident moving forward.

What does counseling cost?

If you're using insurance, your cost depends on your individual plan and may be as little as a copay. We accept several major insurance plans, Medicare, and most Illinois Medicaid plans.

For clients paying out of pocket, sessions are typically between $175-$250 per session depending on clinician, with lower-cost options available based on clinician and eligibility. Our Client Care Team can help you understand your expected cost before you schedule.

Does my insurance cover therapy at Siv?

We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO/Blue Choice PPO, Aetna PPO, Cigna PPO, Medicare, and most Illinois Medicaid plans. Clients with other insurance can use out-of-network (OON) benefits — we'll provide you with a superbill to submit for reimbursement. We're also able to accept HSA and FSA payments.
